Client grants KERRYJOSIE and the makeup artist to display selected images resulting from this assignment as an example of KERRYJOSIE portfolio works.



In the unlikely event that the makeup artist is injured or become too ill to do makeup for the event, KERRYJOSIE will make every effort to secure a replacement makeup artist. If the situation should occur that a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the makeup package.



In the event of cancellation, the security deposit paid is non—refundable. It shall be liquidated damages to KERRYJOSIE in the event of a breach of contract by client.

For weddings that are cancelled less than 10 days of the wedding, client is liable to pay 75% of the total contract package value.

Deposit are not transferable between different service packages or to another parties.



A change in the wedding date constitutes to a cancellation of the current contract and deposit will be forfeited.



Client agrees to timely payment. Payment strictly in cash or bank transfer only.



Due to the hectic work schedule of the makeup artist on weekends, trials and consultation are generally done on weekday day time. Should the client require to do trial or consultation on a weekday evening or weekend, it will be subjected to the artist’s availability. Trial makeup done are not allowed to be used for pre-wedding shoot, photoshoot or any other event.



We recommend clients coming for a trial prior confirming the artist’s service should you have doubts about the skills of the artist.

As much as we try out best to satisfy a client with our professional skills, whether the makeup is nice or not can be subjective. A refund or discount asked because of dissatisfaction due to a discrepancy in the client’s expectation and the final outcome will not be allowed.

No refund or discount will be given should the issue had not been brought to our artist’s attention on the day of the makeup and the makeup service had already been consumed.



A refundable cash deposit will be collected on the day of the makeup when accessories are loaned to the bride. The amount of deposit required is dependent on the type of accessories on loan by the bride.

The deposit is fully refundable upon return of all accessories in good condition. The deposit will be fully/partially forfeited if accessories loaned are not returned in good condition.

In the event of damage or loss of accessories, the following amount of compensation (per unit) is required to be made to the makeup artist.

Tiara: $50 – $150

Head accessories: $30 – 100

Necklace: $50 – $200

Earring: $30 – $100

The accessories are to be returned within 1 week from the date of loan. In the event of late return, there will be a penalty charged of $10 per day for delays. Clients can return the items by registered mail to the makeup artist’s preferred mailing address. We do not take responsibility for the loss of accessories when mailed by normal mail.



Any changes to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties and their acknowledgement in this agreement.



Should the client confirm our service, the client is deemed to have read through and is agreeable with the terms and conditions. 

Payment of the deposit is deemed as having read and agreed to the terms and conditions stated in this invoice.
